Privacy Policy
Effective September 30, 2026
This page explains the information AskPunch uses when people browse, create accounts, publish content, vote, follow, save, upload media, or report abuse.
Information used by Punch
Account and profile details, the punches and answers you publish, poll choices, reactions, comments, follows, bookmarks, reports, and media you choose to upload may be stored to provide the service.
Public and private activity
Published punches, answers, comments, profile information, and public reactions may be visible to others. Sign-in details and security credentials are not displayed as public profile content. Avoid posting private or sensitive information in public areas.
How information is used
Information is used to operate feeds and profiles, remember your choices, personalize followed content, enable community interaction, prevent abuse, review reports, and maintain platform reliability.
Your choices
You can edit or delete content where author controls are available, remove votes, unfollow topics, and remove saved items. Account access and deletion requests require identity verification before action is taken.
AI guide and outside services
Messages sent to Jarvis are processed to answer your platform question. Do not place passwords, verification codes, payment details, or sensitive personal information in a Jarvis message. Punch also relies on service providers for hosting, sign-in, media storage, and AI processing.
Safety, changes, and requests
Activity may be reviewed when needed to investigate reports, protect people, and enforce platform rules. This notice may change as Punch evolves. Privacy or account requests must come through an official AskPunch contact channel and may require identity verification.
